Asthma Toolkit

In the Spring of 2003, the New England Public Health and Managed Care Collaborative (NEPHMCC) distributed a provider focused toolkit for effective use of pediatric asthma medications to approximately one hundred organizations around New England. The toolkit is intended to be a foundation that other organizations could use for developing a toolkit that addresses their own needs. NEPHMCC's asthma medciations toolkit provides a starting point for successful local implementation efforts. It can be used in its entirety or individual tools can be selected and adapted to suit local needs. It can be integrated with other efforts to help physicians implement best practices.  Please not that many of the toolkit materials are copyrighted. Advance copyright authorization has not been obtained; organizations that wish to use the tools that are not in the public domain must obtain copyright authorization prior to use.
